ANXIOUS ABOUT THE BIRTH PROCESS?
Your partner may be nervous about labour and delivery, too. You'll both feel better if you talk openly and honestly about your expectations.

IS FLUID LEAKING
from your breasts? Don't worry; this is a sign that your breasts are ready to nourish your baby. The fluid, called colostrum, comes in before your milk supply and will be your baby's first meal if you're planning on http://email.uk.pampers.com/cgi-bin1/DM/y/eCLWm0ceXKI0BOnv0FXLU0Ew breastfeeding.

BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS
are a great way to share the news of your baby's arrival. Spend a few minutes now preparing your announcements so you don't have to do it all while caring for your newborn. You could create an email list if you're notifying friends and family over the Internet, stamp and address store-bought announcements, or finalise the design for homemade cards.

CORD CONCERNS?
"The cord wrapping around a baby's neck during birth is called http://email.uk.pampers.com/cgi-bin1/DM/y/eCLWm0ceXKI0BOnv0FXLV0Ex nuchal cord," says Dr. Margaret Comerford Freda "It's more common than you might think and usually poses no risk to the baby. No one knows why some cords wrap themselves around various parts of the baby, but probably length of the cord makes a difference."
