Health and nutrition tip
Drinking lots of water during pregnancy helps your body process nutrients and regulate body temperature. It also helps to ease common pregnancy problems such as headaches, cramping and bladder infections. Aim for about six to eight glasses of water a day. Fluids such as milk, juice and herbal tea also count, but try to limit tea, coffee and fizzy drinks!

Your baby can hear when you talk and sing – so now’s a good time to start one-sided conversations with them, if you haven’t started already!
