Although this is incredibly frustrating, it's important to meet your baby's needs in these early months - they'll soon grow more independent. In the meantime, don't try to cope on your own. Ask a friend to babysit and go for dinner with your partner, so you can enjoy being a couple again. It's also important to make time for yourself too when you can. And don't feel you have to spend it cleaning! Your baby's probably in near-constant motion when they're awake now - waving their arms and legs. They might even squeal with excitement. It's almost time for the next set of immunisations, so if you haven't already, make sure you book an appointment.   How to discipline your child. With discipline and punishment, it's all about balance. How can you make sure your toddler knows they've done something they shouldn't have without making too much of a fuss? What can you do to make them take notice without blowing things out of proportion? Read our guide to discipline for some handy advice.
